Country Music’s Blue-Collar Billy Currington brought his Stay Up Til The Sun Tour to The Fillmore in Philadelphia recently. The venue was filled to capacity as if Currington called everyone from the block over to his place for an impromptu party in Fishtown. The music and beers were flowing throughout the night as Currington played from his extensive catalog with a huge list of hits to choose from for tonight’s performance. Cups were up early when Currington covered “Pretty Good at Drinkin’ Beer” to set the tone for the night. By the time he covered “People Are Crazy”, the crowd was totally immersed in a party mood dancing throughout the building. The set included Currington’s latest release “Bring It On Over”. As is customary, Currington ended the evening signing and greeting those lucky enough to be at the barricade.
The Stay Up Til The Sun Tour continues throughout the summer, with many dates probably local to you in two locations in case you wanted to repeat the festive night. Check the tour dates on Currington’s website HERE!!
