The Fozzy “Save the World” tour slammed into The Queen, Wilmington, DE on 4/16/22 to a packed house this holiday weekend.

Built in the 1800’s, The Indian Queen Hotel sat empty for close to 50 years has now been revitalized into a wonderful theater with general admission on the floor and Balcony & VIP sections available calling attention to rich acoustics and wonderful views.

Fozzy tore through a 13 song set with hits like  SaneDrink With Jesus and Painless  from the Judas album in 2017,  some older hits from 2014 Do You Wanna Start a War album-Lights Go Out, Enemy– digging deep back to the 2005 album All That Remains and why not Relax ( Frankie goes to Hollywood cover) to just lighten it up and reminisce about the 80’s, which I should add, reflected the age bracket of maybe 60% of the audience, this night had a silky warm vibe to it, everybody I met was excited, engaging and just happy to be there.  Chris Jericho is the real deal, a showman at heart summoning the audience with a flick of his hand to yell louder, I can’t hear you, his energy and stage presence are infectious as is the rest of the band, non-stop energy from beginning to the last song “Dirty Deeds” (AC/DC cover).
