Zac Brown Band Loves Philadelphia 2X

Philly loves the Zac Brown Band, period.  ZBB performed two nights at the BB&T pavilion in Camden, NJ (right across the river from Philadelphia).  Zac Brown has always tap danced around playing great covers (like “Enter Sandman” a few years ago), but this time they took it to a whole new level.

The set list was a mix of classic ZBB tunes, some first-time gems like “Leaving Love Behind” from the upcoming Owl release which will be out on September 20th.  But they played their asses off covering such tunes as, Charlie Daniels Band’s “The Devil Went Down To Georgia”, James Taylor’s “You’ve Got A Friend” which was done during an acoustic interlude in the middle of the show.

They did some covers you would never think a country rock band would perform like Beastie Boys, and Rage Against The Machine.  They mix it up, so you’ll still be surprised once you are at the show.  This is an extended performance so be ready for a longer night of great ZBB music (like that’s ever bad!?!).
